Vegetarian Poutine - Fresh Cut Fries in Mushroom Gravy

- 10 Medium Potatoes – Not peeled!!
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 Container “Mushroom Marsala” Sauce by “Summer Fresh”
- Prepare in advance large baking pan layered with parchment paper
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
- Wash potatoes, leave skin on and cut into fries (sticks)
- Place in a big bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients
- Bake in oven fro about 30-40 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and fries are ready
- Preheat the sauce (the whole container) over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until warm.
- Plate the fries and pour the mushroom sauce on top. Sprinkle with some cheese on top.
