So much less work than a plain ol' mashed potato dish. Just leave the peel on and cook away.
Ingredients
8 Medium sized Potatoes
3 Garlic Cloves – Peeled
½ tsp Salt
50gr Butter
½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ Cup Milk
Instructions
Rinse potatoes really well and cut into medium size cubes (size doesn’t really matter). Do not peel the potatoes.
Place cubed potatoes along with garlic cloves in a large pot, cover with water, add the salt and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and can be poked with a fork.
Drain water, add butter, nutmeg and milk and mash everything together and serve.
