Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- ½ cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 3 Sun Dried Tomatoes - Chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives - Chopped (You can also use black olives)
- ½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Oregano
- ½ tsp Chopped Fresh Basil (about 1 large leaf)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
