Cherry Lassi or Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • Cup frozen cherries (no need to thaw - they make a much better cold drink when frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 hipping Tbsp organic goat yogurt (you can use any plain yogurt as well)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend. That's it. No extra water needed.
  2. If it is too thick and you like it more liquid, you can certainly add water or milk.
