Living in Canada you will not be able to resist making this chicken at least once. If you're not in Canada you just HAVE to try this as well! :) Semi sweet and oh so tender chicken. Kids' favorite.
Ingredients
  • 9 Skinless Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 Onion - Sliced
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (you can replace with 2 tbsp Soy Sauce)
  • 4 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs - for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 175C (350F)
  2. Brush baking pan (or large Pyrex) with oil. You can simply spray oil the pan.
  3. Spread onion slices evenly on the baking pan.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the maple, mustard, Worcestershire (or soy) and salt and pepper until well combined.
  5. Add the drumsticks into the bowl with sauce mix and make sure they are well coated. Once coated, place in baking pan on the sliced onion and pour the remainder of the sauce on top of the drumsticks.
  6. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp bread crumbs on the drumsticks and place in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes until brown and chicken is ready on the inside.
Notes
You can also use Chicken Drumsticks with the skin on, in which case you will not need to sprinkle the breadcrumbs.
