Ahhhh School is back! And that means that the daily routine of packing lunch boxes is back with it. I know it’s just a small lunch but every year I take it as a personal challenge.

Every day I come home and prepare the lunch bags for the kids for the next day. Sometimes they bring back leftovers or food they did not feel like eating, so I decided to be smarter 🙂 I decided to make it a fun lunch.
